Please indicate your desired change in size or color as applicable. You can also exchange for another style of equal value. We will ship the replacement free of charge.
Counter Couture accepts returns on regular priced and sale items up to 14 days after order shipment. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping) via credit chargeback or business check. To request a return or refund outside of the 14 day timeframe, please email info(at)countercouturedesign.com and we will try to work with you. You will receive an email of your refunded order amount when it goes through. Please keep in mind it might take up to a few weeks as things travel in the mail.
We will not provide a refund for damaged goods.
